2. Products
The products on offer are 3D-printed arm training accessories. Each product is presented with as precise a description as possible (dimensions, materials, uses, etc.).
These products are not medical equipment. The user is responsible for using them in a manner appropriate to his or her physical condition.
3. Controls
All orders placed on the site imply full acceptance of these GTC.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been confirmed. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute or suspicion of fraud.
4. Awards
Prices are given in euros, VAT not applicable - article 293 B of the CGI (micro-enterprise).
Delivery charges are indicated separately when the order is placed. The seller may modify prices at any time, but those indicated at the time of order are applicable.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via the secure means offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
No shipment will be made without prior receipt of payment.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
Indicative manufacturing and dispatch times: 5-7 working days
The seller cannot be held responsible for any delay due to the carrier or an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, with the following exceptions:
- Custom-made or personalized products (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code) → non-refundable.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact the seller by email.
8. Returns & Refunds
In the event of an accepted return (non-personalized product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same means of payment.
9. Warranties & liability
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
The seller cannot be held responsible in the event of misuse, modification, accident or normal wear and tear of the product.
10. Personal data
The information collected at the time of the order is used solely for processing and delivery.
In accordance with the RGPD, the customer may request access, modification or deletion of their data by contacting the seller.
11. Disputes & applicable law
These GCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
